Caroline joined Ascent NLP early in 2010 as Business Development Manager with a remit to grow the Business Coaching side of the business. Caroline quickly became more interested in NLP, gained her Practitioner qualifications, and now actively participates in Business and Individual Coaching sessions, as well as developing and supporting new Business clients, and designing new training products.

Caroline has over 20 years of international business sales & sales management experience within the corporate sector, working in a variety of high-technology industries including Medical Imaging, Optoelectronics and Printed Circuit Board manufacturing. She has managed annual sales revenues of $80m, and has coached staff in the US, UK and Germany. One of Caroline’s key skills is managing complex client relationships across continental, cultural and language divides, whilst maintaining good relationships at all levels within the client’s organisation.

Originally a Physicist, Caroline also has an MBA and had long dreamed of putting her wide business experience to good use in developing and managing a more “personal” business.  She’s enjoying the challenges and variety her new role provides, and especially enjoys working with clients, helping them to achieve their goals.
