At the EICA you’ll find a 70 station gym equipped with top of the range Cybex cardio and strength equipment. Instructors are always available in the gym to assist with your training, and the EICA also offers fitness classes and personal fitness programmes designed to meet your needs. You can sign up for gym membership which allows you access to all the Edinburgh Leisure sites, or you can simply turn up, “pay and play” on a session by session basis.
