09:30 – 10:00 Welcome, coffee and orientation.

10:00 – 12:30 The “Soak Cycle” – Looking at your past goals and dreams,

12:00 – 12:30 – Discussion on dreams versus goals. What’s the difference between the two and which is the more productive? We will also look at what thoughts are running through your head that actual stop you achieving these dreams and goals

12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch and a chance to talk to some of the people who can help you achieve you life goals. They will have the ingredients to get those white they way you really want them to be.

13:30 – 14:00 – Welcome back, recap and discussion on any “light bulb moments” during lunch.

14:00 – 14:45 – Goals, what are they, how do you create achievable goals. How to make sure you are progressing to achieve those goals.

14:45 – 15:30 – Breakout session to focus on your own personal goals. There will be coaches on hand to assist in ensuring the goals are right for you. As well as some coffee to stimulate those brain cells.

15:30 – 16:00 – Short discussion on goals with some question and answers. Followed by what ingredients do you need to do that perfect wash?

16:00 – 16:15 Brief summary of the day’s events with some final questions and answers

16:15 – 16:30 Washing out the old to make way for the new. And final words

16:30 – You are welcome to stay and chat with the coaches.
