Ascent NLP is dedicated to help every individual with his/her process in the least amount of time.

Ascent NLP respects the individual’s process and progress. In practice this means that session length is flexible and may be anything from 50 minutes to 4 hours. The average is 2 1/2 hours (approx).

Ascent NLP holds no strict time frame since it is impossible to know beforehand what comes up during a session. Sometimes it is better to keep going than to stop and re-start at a later date.

Ascent NLP recommends that clients allow themselves extra time after a session to enable them to integrate the results of the session fully.

Ascent NLP does not push to make the next appointment. It is more important for the client to be aware of their progress and continue when they feel it is right for them to do so.

Ascent NLP expects the client to continue with any suggested work between sessions. This is often as important as the work done during a session.

Ascent NLP would prefer that payments are made after each session. Other arrangements can be made if this is not suitable.

Prices - The first session with any new client is FREE. Thereafter the rate per hour for coaching sessions is £60
