Managing Change

The only constant thing in many businesses is change, so managing how to cope with change is an important skill in the business world.

During this module we look at an individual’s needs for structure, why change can be so uncomfortable for so many, and how to help individuals cope through managing change. We look at the values of a business, how these may evolve over time, and how this can impact on the workforce, especially when they hold different values.

We look at communications and rapport building, how to structure your communications during a time of change, and how to manage any resultant conflict.
