Managing Conflict

During this module we learn about different sources of conflict, how they arise, and how to manage them.

We look at how to build rapport within a conflict environment, and how to structure your language and communications appropriately.

We study how an individual’s motivations can lead to conflict within a team, and learn various strategies to bring the conflict to a resolution.
